What are the working steps of a roller crusher? What should users pay attention to when using a roller crusher?
The following are installation and adjustment instructions for roller crushers, as well as knowledge on how to properly maintain and upkeep roller crushers.

Precautions for the use and operation of mobile crushers and roller crushers: installation and adjustment of roller crushers
Installation of roller crusher: If the roller crusher is not ventilated for a long time, please do not store it in a place that is prone to rusting. Roller crushers can be installed on concrete foundations and at the bottom of buildings. To better withstand the uneven forces generated by the machine during operation, please place the sleepers under the chassis. The whole machine is suitable for sleepers. If it is steel plate welding, weld the steel between the sleeper and the steel plate.
Adjustment of roller crusher:
(1) Confirm that the relative positions of each component meet the requirements of the drawing.
(2) After assembly, the roller crusher runs idle for 4 hours;
(3) During operation, rotating components such as the belt conveyor, gears, and drum should not vibrate slightly, and the tooth side of the toothed roller should not rub against the machine body to avoid generating abnormal noise.
(4) The bearing temperature shall not exceed 300 and 700.
(5) After passing the no-load trial run, the load trial run can be carried out, and the trial run time can be adjusted according to the system requirements.
2. Maintenance and upkeep of roller crushers:
Maintenance of roller crusher: In order to ensure the output of the roller crusher, the supply must be evenly distributed throughout the entire roller length. Regularly check if the desk lamp is blocked and stop supplying power before the motor stops. In the case of uneven feeding, the roller surface not only wears out quickly, but also wears out unevenly at various points, forming circular grooves that disrupt normal crushing work and result in uneven particle size of the crushed product. Therefore, roller crushers usually have the same length as the rollers to ensure uniform supply in the length direction of the rollers. Reasonable maintenance and correct operation of roller crushers can ensure long-term continuous operation, shorten downtime, and prevent malfunctions through normal operating condition management and daily inspections, ensuring continuous operation.
Therefore, operators should pay attention to: (1) fixing the bolts of each component, and tighten them immediately if loose. (2) Start the roller crusher before operation and provide materials after the speed is normal. (3) Regularly check the feed inlet, and if it is blocked, please clean and remove debris in a timely manner. (4) Check the degree of wear of easily worn parts and replace them at any time. (5) Always pay attention to checking the equipment and do not overload it. (6) Bearings should be lubricated in a timely manner to prevent oil leakage. (7) Adjust the bearing temperature to ensure that the temperature rise does not exceed 25-300 degrees Celsius of the surrounding air.
Maintenance of roller crusher: The roller surface should always be maintained during the operation of the roller crusher. Smooth roller crushers sometimes have four wheels installed on the frame. If there are depressions or grooves on the surface of the grinding roller, it can be repaired without disassembly. The toothed plate or gear of the toothed roller crusher can be replaced or flipped. After teeth wear to a certain extent, they need to be replaced or repaired. Otherwise, after the particle size of the damaged product wears out, the width of the outlet will increase, so it is necessary to adjust the movable roller (the adjustment claw of the single roll crusher). To prevent deformation during the adjustment process, please ensure that the two rollers are parallel to each other.
When using a roller crusher, please check the clearance of the roller bearings. The distance between the metal of the rolling mill and the shaft neck is usually 1/1000-1.5/1000 of the shaft neck diameter, and the metal distance is 1/2-1/3 of the gap. In order to ensure the normal operation of the roller crusher, it is necessary to regularly check the lubrication status of the bearings. Sliding bearings are usually lubricated with oil cups or manually refilled regularly, but roller bearings are lubricated and sealed regularly.
